How it works
- Brief. Submit a short brief with your target cell line, application, scale, regulatory context, and any starting formulation or performance benchmarks.
- Scoping. Our technical team reviews the brief and replies within one business day with a feasibility view, a proposed approach, and a quote.
- Sample & pilot. Where appropriate, we run a small pilot batch and ship samples for evaluation. Quality data shared in parallel.
- Production. Once specifications are locked, we run production through our manufacturing partner and ship under the agreed quality framework.
- Ongoing supply. For recurring orders we maintain a forecast, run scheduled production, and supply lot-specific documentation with every shipment.
Confidentiality
Custom formulation work runs under NDA. Your formulation IP stays yours. We do not publish customer names, formulations, or commercial terms.
